1. Before packing

Cancellation requests filed through Track & Support before packing begins may be accepted with a full refund to the original payment method.

2. After the label prints

Once a shipment label exists, cancellation is generally unavailable. You may refuse delivery; return freight and spoilage costs may be deducted from any refund.

3. COD discipline

Repeated COD refusals without a valid reason may pause COD privileges on the account.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Bank or UPI settlement then depends on your provider.
