Dispatch & Care Guide

Ledger revised: 02 September 2026

1. Reach

We dispatch HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting aisles curated in the Porcelain Atelier catalog to PIN codes served by our courier partners across India. Unserviceable PINs are flagged before you pay.

2. Packing ritual

Seeds travel in moisture-safe foil sachets to protect germination quality.
Cartons list variety cues and handling notes for the courier network.
Peak heat corridors may receive extra padding during summer weeks.

3. Timing

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST on business days usually enter packing within 24–48 hours. Festival peaks may add one extra processing day.

4. Fees

Prepaid orders enjoy free standard shipping unless a remote-area surcharge applies. COD orders may include a handling fee shown at checkout.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Failed attempts due to buyer unavailability may require re-dispatch; additional costs can apply for sensitive goods.
