1. Purpose

LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC) processes personal data only to operate atelier accounts, fulfil seed orders, prevent fraud, and answer care tickets. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

2. Data we hold

  • Identity: name, email, and hashed password for account access.
  • Fulfilment: shipping address, phone number, basket contents, and payment method choice.
  • Conversation: messages sent via Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
  • Integrity: browser hints, session tokens, and IP metadata used for abuse prevention.

3. How the atelier uses it

  • Authenticate members and block duplicate or abusive registrations.
  • Pick, pack, and hand parcels to courier partners.
  • Send transactional updates about packing, dispatch, delivery attempts, and remedies.
  • Meet accounting and tax record-keeping duties where applicable.

4. Retention & rights

Order records are kept for the period required by commercial and tax law. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to those duties by writing to support@luxuriousglobal.com from your registered email address.

5. Safeguards

Passwords are stored with one-way hashing. Card details, when used, are processed by certified gateways; full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
