1. Who you are buying from

Completing checkout creates a contract for HSN 1209 sowing seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting aisles curated in the Porcelain Atelier catalog.

2. What a listing promises

• Variety name, aisle, and pack particulars shown on the product page define the goods we intend to ship.
• Macro photographs are studio references; natural variation in seed appearance is expected.
• If a lot is paused for harvest or stock reasons, we may withhold that SKU until the next available window.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices display in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
• UPI and Cash on Delivery are offered where serviceable. Email verification is required before an order is accepted.
• Any COD handling fee appears in the checkout summary before you confirm.

4. Order reference

Once payment is authorised or COD is accepted, we issue an order reference. Quote that reference for every atelier support request.

5. Limits of liability

We are not responsible for courier disruption, extreme weather, or delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. Seed packets are moisture-sensitive and cannot be held indefinitely at hubs.

6. Governing law

This charter is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from purchases on this storefront.
